Lithium polymer batteries, made to fit the device

Shenzhen Vats Power Source Limited has manufactured lithium polymer, lithium-ion and LiFePO4 batteries since 2011. This site presents its LiPo range the way a buyer actually chooses: by shape, then voltage, then capacity — with every special value tied to the single model listing that states it.

A manufacturer range, not a retail shelf

The company profile describes a manufacturer: production lines covering cell making, stacking, welding, protection-board assembly and finished pack integration, with automated assembly lines and test equipment, and inspection run under ISO9001 and ISO14001 procedures from sample development to mass production. The company profile states 500,000 pcs/day capacity and cooperation with customers from 30+ countries every single year, with products sold to Asia, Europe, America, Canada and other countries. Those are company-profile statements, and this site keeps them labelled as such rather than presenting them as independently verified facts.

The range itself is large: 681 models with detail anchors across 11 families. Li-polymer cells alone account for 512 of them, which is why this site is organised around LiPo shapes first. The remaining families — LiPo packs, high-discharge, ultra-thin, round, curved, Li-ion packs, LiFePO4 packs, high-temperature, custom and portable power stations — each get their own page, and the chemistry of each model is stated per model. A portable power station page, for example, distinguishes LiFePO4 stations from Li-ion and LiPo models instead of calling the whole page LiPo.

What this site deliberately does not do is also part of the offer. It does not list a charger product range, it does not merge model listings that share a number, and it does not turn one listing's price or lead time into a site-wide promise. A buyer who understands those three limits will get faster, more accurate answers than a buyer who treats the site as a price list.

01

LiPo batteries — 512 models

The largest family on this site: flat pouch cells in many sizes, from small cells for cards and tags to large cells for equipment. Start here when the shape is flat and the chemistry is lithium polymer.

02

LiPo battery packs — 26 models

Multi-cell packs, including series packs for higher voltage. Start here when you need a finished pack rather than a single cell.

03

Ultra-thin, round and curved

Three shape families for tight enclosures: ultra-thin cells down to about a millimetre in listed examples, round cells for compact round housings, and curved cells for wearables.

Ultra-thin · Round · Curved

04

High-discharge and high-temperature

High-discharge cells for devices with sharp current peaks, and high-temperature cells for warm operating conditions. Each special value belongs to its own model listing — never read it as a family-wide promise.

05

Custom LiPo shapes

When no listed size fits: custom dimensions, curved outlines, high-discharge and high-temperature designs, and special protection circuits, developed from an engineering sample.

Other chemistries on this site

Rechargeable Li-ion packs, LiFePO4 packs and portable power stations sit alongside the LiPo range, each with its own chemistry stated per model. They are not relabelled LiPo products.

How to read this range before you ask for a price

Start from the device, not from a catalogue number. The pouch shape decides whether a flat, round, curved or ultra-thin cell fits the enclosure; the voltage decides how many cells sit in series; the capacity decides how long the device runs between charges. Only after those three answers are fixed does a discharge rate, a temperature limit or a protection circuit become a meaningful question. This order matters because a cell that is electrically right but a millimetre too thick still fails, and a cell that fits but cannot deliver the peak current still fails. Every category page on this site follows the same order: shape first, then voltage and series count, then capacity, then the special requirement — high discharge, high temperature, or a custom outline.

Second, treat each model listing as its own record. The company publishes hundreds of model listings, and the same model number can appear in more than one listing with different capacity or terms. That is why this site never merges listings and never carries one listing's price, minimum order or lead time onto another model. When you inquire, quote the exact model number plus the capacity and size you saw, so the sales team answers about the listing you actually mean. If your device needs a size that no listed model matches, the custom route is the honest path: the factory profile describes custom dimensions, curved shapes, high-discharge designs, high-temperature designs and special protection circuits, developed from an engineering sample through testing to production.

Third, ask for documents early, not after samples. Certificates are available upon request, and the certificate set that applies depends on the exact model listing, so name the model when you ask. For a battery pack, ask what protection the pack carries and how the pack is wired, because those answers change both safety and price. For a custom shape, ask what the factory needs from you — a drawing, a sample enclosure, or both — before you discuss quantities. A short, specific inquiry gets a usable answer; a request for a general price list across hundreds of models does not, because prices on the company website are listed as enquiry ranges for individual listings, not as a single catalogue price.

How to place an inquiry, step by step

  1. Send the device facts. Tell us the device type, the available space (length, width and maximum thickness), the nominal voltage you need, the capacity or runtime you target, and the peak current if your device has motors, radios or heaters.
  2. Name the model or the shape. If a page on this site matches, quote its model number and listing details. If nothing matches, say so and describe the shape — flat, round, curved or ultra-thin — so the conversation starts on the custom route.
  3. Confirm documents and terms in writing. Ask for the certificate set for that exact model, confirm the minimum order, the listed enquiry price range and the lead time for that listing, and confirm payment and warranty terms before you pay. Terms stated for one model listing do not transfer to another model.
  4. Agree the sample step. Confirm whether the next step is a listed sample, an engineering sample for a custom shape, or a small trial order, and what test you will run on arrival — fit in the enclosure, runtime, or peak-current behaviour.

Send all of this in one message through the contact page: device type, space, voltage, capacity, peak current, model number if you have one, and the documents you need. That is the whole inquiry — one message, no account, no extra step.

What to send us now

Send one message with your device type, the space the battery must fit, the voltage and capacity you need, the peak current if it matters, and the model number if a page on this site already matches. Add the documents you need — certificates available upon request — and whether you need a listed model or a custom shape. Use the contact page and address it to the sales team by first name as published there. A specific message like that is what turns a catalogue of hundreds of models into a short, answerable question.
